Langtang Gosaikund Helambu 16 Days Trekking (LANG16-N)
Trek demanding a good physical condition. One of the best varied approach of Nepal. A trek that starts from Langtang to end up in the Helambus. Views of numerous Himalayan peaks and discovery of the sacred lakes of Gosaikund, an important pilgrimage site. Crossing of villages of different ethnic groups ( Sherpa, Tamang, Brahmin, Tibetan) with welcoming and smiling villagers all along the way. Terraced fields, rhododendrons, orchids, and forests according to the altitudes. A thoroughly absorbing trek far from the busy trekking highways. Max Alt.: 4300m at Gosaikund and 4650m at Laurebinayak.

Day 3. Departure from Kathmandu to Dhumche 1950m by Local bus, 6h.
Day 4. Departure from Dhumche to Shyabru 2250m.
Day 5. Departure from Shyabru to Lama Hotel 2300m.
Day 6. Departure from Lama Hotel to Langtang 2850m.
Day 7. Departure from Langtang to Kyanging Gompa 3800m.
Day 8. Departure from Kyanging Gompa to Ghoretabala 3850m, 6h.
Day 9. Departure from Ghoretabala to Syabru 2130m 6h.
Day 10. Departure from Shyabru to Sing Gompa 3350m. 5h.
Day 11. Departure from Sing Gompa to Gosaikund Lake 4380m. 5h.
Day 12. Departure from Gosaikund to Ghopte 3430m, 4h via Laurebinayak Pass 4650m.
Day 13. Departure from Ghopte to Melamchi Gaon 2530 via Tharepati pass 3565, 4h.
Day 14. Departure from Melamchi to Tarkeghyang 2650m, 4h.
Day 15. Departure from Tarkeghyang to Gyalthum (2 Riveres Lodge) via Timbu 6h.
Day 16. Departure from Gyalthum to Kathmandu by local bus. Hotel include.
